60’s & 70’s Funk & Soul

Alright baby boomers! This is your night to celebrate with an evening of music and food! If you remember Tang, shag carpet, the change to decimal currency, man landing on the moon, then this is your night!

From the decades that gave us fondue parties, Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Al Green, James Brown and Marvin Gaye, we will travel back in time to two of the most iconic eras of music for a fun night out – put your hands together and get into the groove as Pete Morgan (vocals & guitar) & Gary Honor (saxophonist & percussion) perform the very best in soul and funk hits delivering both mellow soulful classics as well as up tempo soul & 70s funk from Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Earth Wind & Fire, Tower of Power, Al Green, Wilson Pickett and many more.

The menu and cocktails are inspired from the 60’s & 70s (think Mint Julep, Pina Coladas and Whisky Sours; prawn cocktails, fish fingers and fondue!).

The evening is all about letting your hair down! Fancy dress optional. Dust off your mini-mini skirt, drag out the corduroy, the more flares the better or come as your favourite 60s or 70s movie star or singer.
