The Dining Room
Under Chef James Watson, The Dining Room boasts a modern British menu that utilises the best quality seasonal produce available. As a result the menu changes weekly, daily and sometimes during service!
This is accompanied by a wine list featuring some 120 local and international wines by the bottle and 16 by the glass.
