If you’ve never experienced a live acoustic performance from Bernie Segedin, you are in for something quite extraordinary.
Bernie has a soaring voice and a unique guitar style, coupled with a vast repertoire of some 4,500 songs, in a wide range of styles. James Taylor, to Sting, Chilli Peppers to Cold Chisel, Stevie Wonder, old and new, country, pop, soul, you name it, and he’ll play it, all with his own slant, crafted over 20 years of playing solo, translating into literally thousands of shows around the world.
Bernie appears consistently at Sydney’s premier venue the Basement, with a wide crosssection of players from many fields. With separate line ups, covering the music of Steely Dan, George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Crowded House, Sting , Eagles, Van Morrison and The Tower of Power, as well as filling in on occasion as vocalist in the iconic trans- tasman band, Dragon.
Often referred to as the 'human jukebox', Bernie has been performing live for approximately 25 years with an extensive song list of approximately 4,500 songs. An outstanding artist that you will love having perform at your event.
