Willunga 100 Wine Dinner
 Five-Course Degustation

David Gleave is the co-founder of Willunga 100, he came across plots of 50-year-old Grenache vines in 2005, and this begun a journey. 

At the time, most Grenache was destined for blending. They decided this had to change, so made these vines the focus and gave them the attention they deserved.

Join us and David Irvine (Willunga 100 Brand Ambassador) for a 5 course degustation menu, with each dish paired to a different wine.  You'll hear first hand from David Irvine, who will share his insights into the wine.

During the evening, you will:

  • be introduced to Willunga 100 wines (current vintages and cellared selections)

  • taste different Grenache styles  

  • evaluate and appreciate the different wine qualities and

  • understand wine ingredients, fermentation and cellaring
