Teusner Wine Dinner

 Five-Course Degustation

A Dinner with Kym Teusner, enjoy a 5 course degustation menu,  with each dish paired to a different wine. You'll hear first hand from Kym Teusner, the Wine Maker who will share his insights into the wine. 

 

During the evening, you will:

• be introduced to 8 Teusner wines (current vintages and cellared selections)

• taste different wine styles

• evaluate and appreciate different wine qualities

• understand how to match wine with food, and

• understand wine ingredients, fermentation and cellaring process and what makes a good wine

 

You will come away with an understanding of the essential qualities, styles, aromas and flavours of individual wines to better appreciate wine and of course, delicious and exciting food from the Riverview Hotel kitchen!
